Library Power: Developing Social Justice Leaders in the Library

Register now for the #MASLMD2021 conference! The annual Maryland Association of School Librarians conference is devoted solely to the needs of school librarians. This year our conference will be a virtual event. The primary focus of the conference is to provide continuing education activities and professional development events for school librarians. We are looking forward to the opportunity to network virtually with school librarians from across the state and beyond!

This year’s theme is Library Power:  Developing Social Justice Leaders in the Library. Presentations will showcase best practices that embody leadership and/or Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) from school librarians. All attendees and presenters are expected to adhere to the ALA Statement of Appropriate Conduct.
