Proposal Deadline
All proposals for presentations and poster sessions should be submitted no later than June 15, 2010.  Submissions should be sent via email to PresentMASL@gmail.com

Submitting Your Presentation Proposal

• The subject line of your email should read:  2010 Proposal Submission: [Insert the Session Title].

• Example:  2010 Proposal Submission: Best of the Rest. (Abbreviate as needed.)

Please use the following naming convention for the files you submit:
Proposal: FirstInitialLastname_Proposal.file extension
Example: JSmith_Proposal.doc

Submitting Your Poster Session Proposal

• The subject line of your email should read:  2010 Poster Submission: [Insert the Session Title].

• Example:  2010 Poster Submission: Best Practices in Professional Development. (Abbreviate as needed.)

Please use the following naming convention for the files you submit:
Proposal: FirstInitialLastname_Poster.file extension
Example: JSmith_Poster.doc

(Please submit a separate application if you are proposing more than one session.)

We’re Going Green!  Handouts, PowerPoint presentations and other digital resources will be uploaded to our conference wiki for ease of use by conference attendees. Presenters selected will be asked to send their files to MASL by October 1, 2010.
